Best Doctor and also the best staff

I did not like that there wasn’t a direct number for the office. It’s a general number for Penn Med.
It took me about fifteen minutes to locate. Dr Shen was pleasant, attentive and had good bedside manners.
I interacted with three staff members. The young lady at reception was very pleasant. I next met with a woman first initials P. She was so warm.
Unfortunately the person who was responsible for reviewing what to do for upcoming procedure was lukewarm.
I don’t understand why some people conflate providing service with servitude.
I would have preferred to interact with P.
Overall for an initial visit it was good. Hoping scheduled procedure will go fine.

Pandemic puts everyone on edge and this practice is within hospital so quite risky to attend center though hospital protocols strict

Dr. Shen had carefully reviewed all my records in his group's computer system before I arrived, even though I had made my appointment only 15 hours earlier. He had made an excellent analysis of the situation. He asked my opinion, respected my answers, and made decisions about an upcoming procedure jointly with me. I was very impressed with his conscientiousness, his knowledge, and his respect for his patients. Four years ago, he did a fine job on a procedure for me. So I have confidence that he will do a fine job on the upcoming procedure.
