Easy to schedule, friendly office staff and PA. The doctor was lively and friendly. Although he listened well, he could work on his patience when it comes to listening. Get to the location 30 minutes early - limited and busy parking lot for Covid testing. Medical Pavilion has a line, check in policy and limited access to elevators, so want to buffer your appointment time. Easy access to all offices, and the office is bright, clean, new. Exceptional and helpful staff. Doctor was excellent, staff for scheduling and updates was also friendly and smart.

Wait time was approx.15-20 minutes from the time I signed in at the front desk and gave them my insurance card, to the time I was called inside. Medical assistant weighed me, took my blood pressure and asked me a few questions, then told me that the doctor would be in shortly. Waited less than 10 minutes and Dr. Skole came in with another doctor who was completing his residency or internship, Dr. Michael Nalepa. Dr. Skole introduced himself and said that he would give Dr. Nalepa the opportunity to get some info from me, then he would be back in a few minutes. Approx. 10 minutes later, Dr. Skole came back in the exam room and reviewed my concerns, asked me some more questions, provided his recommendations, etc. Dr. Skole was very friendly, had a good sense of humor and bedside manner. I was in the exam room with both doctors for at least 35 minutes, which was surprising. I highly recommend Dr. Skole, as he was very thorough in his exam and the probing questions.
