Dr. Franklin goes out of her way to get to know her patients. She only sees me once a year but I feel she is a friend in whom I confide, and that's very important in a doctor/patient relationship. She doesn't believe the best answer is always a drug, but lays out options and recommendations for how to get and stay healthy.
