everyone was very friendly and genuinely cared. Doctor and nurses were informative and making sure to listen to my questions and concerns.

Dr. Harrell always takes time to listen and never makes me feel rushed. She answers my questions and also makes sure she is up to date on the information she has on file for me.
I have also emailed her about a problem I had and she very quickly got back to me and had called in a prescription. Nothing serious or I'm sure she would have asked me to come in. She did say that if I wasn't better in a couple of days to get back with her.

Dr. Harrell is the best in my opinion. Answers my questions and appears to be thorough with my annual examination. When I need to get a script filled, she is very expedient. Her manner is exceptional.

I would not want to see any physician other than Dr. Harrell, she listens, she is informed and she is personable. One cannot ask for more than that. The PA and Office Staff are efficient and pleasant.

Dr Harrell is thorough and personable and reasonable. She listens to patient input. She answers email questions. It does sometimes take a long time on hold to get through to the front desk to schedule appt or leave a message.
