Not the best use of time or money. When I signed up for the visit it should have stated the physician was not able to treat or diagnose what I clearly put for the reason for my visit to this provider.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Chumley. He was easy to talk to and portrayed a genuine interest in both my health and establishing rapport. He is definitely better than my previous primary care physician!

Very professional, easy to talk with, eye to eye contact, did NOT have his hand on door knob waiting to finish , leave. Asking several questions since new patient, did NOT rely on form filled out, more in depth, great comfort on visits.
