I am disappointed with my experience at this office, primarily due to poor communication and lack of modern patient systems.
The office does not have a patient portal, which makes communication unnecessarily difficult. I was required to call, leave messages, and then call back again because staff were unavailable. In my case, no one followed up with the information I needed. A patient portal would greatly improve efficiency and communication.
Dr. Ukonu himself was polite and had good bedside manner, which is why I am giving four stars. However, the office communication and administrative processes need significant improvement.

Dr King was extremely knowledgeable, he listened to my concerns and gave me feedback that made me feel confident in choosing him. Ugochukwu Prince Ukonu Is the best Dr. I’ve seen since I was a kid! He’s so great at what he does. He quick and to the point! He asks all the right questions and if you have a problem he will do a thorough examination. I’m always out of there in 30 mins! I’m seen right away as soon as I walk in. if you need blood drawn the nurse is so good you don’t even feel the needle and that is a plus for me. I’m so grateful I found him. He’s gona be my doctor for now on. The staff is so friendly.
