The Dr. didn’t rush me, listened to my questions, explains everything clearly. The front and nurse staff were very friendly and very kind to my kids.

We felt we were rushed . Doctor just heard what we said without checking if my daughter really needs a surgery. Also did not find her to be baby ( toddler) friendly. She just forced to check my kid’s ears. My daughter was crying and fell of my lap and doctor continued to check her ear. We are not going back and will be going to another one. Just felt comfortable and feel diagnosis needs to be done more throughly.
