Doctor was very patient and answered all questions in the wellness visit.
The doctor himself was great as well as the staff, but the lack of communication was upsetting. I was scheduled originally for 4pm but I was offered an earlier appointment and I took it. Upon arrival we were checked in and all as normal, but once we were in the room the wait was over an hour. I am a working mom who took my 2 year old in on time, in fact, I was early but they were not considerate of my time at all. They made me not only wait over an hour, but when I mentioned something I was told that if it works best I can come back at 4pm. At this point I was already frustrated and pushed two work meetings, that I just stayed. Doc then came in and saw him. That part was great, then my son got his shots and nurses were great. Outside of the time issue, I have no complaints.
