Reception was very rude. When trying to check out there was a line waiting. When she noticed the line she yelled "What are you all waiting for?" we said we needed to check out and again yelled "do you need follow up appointments" which we did but she said to go online and do them ourselves. I found this very unprofessional. Not only did we wait on her but she couldn't even walk up to us to speak to us. It has almost been a week since my appointment and I haven't bothered to schedule my next appointment. I really enjoyed the Dr. I saw and am a new patient but I am not positive I will return to that location.

Everyone that I came into contact with, they were all wonderful. From checking in to checking out, talking to Seraphina and getting my blood drawn from Tiffany. Dr. Kritzer was very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. She went over things that I did not know about and it helped take off some of the anxiety of being a first time mother.

Office was efficient, friendly, helpful, comfortable, all the things you want at the OB-GYN. Went in just for an annual and prescription refill...they had me in and out in 20 minutes which I appreciate in the middle of a busy day! Fast but not cutting corners, I didn't feel rushed at all. Sara was great, I felt very at ease. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Dr. Kritzer was nice and had pleasant bedside service. But she rushed through my appointment. I arrived 30mins early and was seen shortly before the appointment was supposed to start so there was no reason for her to rush, but she did. We talked for about 5mins before she got up to head for the door. I didn’t ask further questions because I felt like I was inconveniencing her.
