The Doctor makes your visit feel personal. Though he may have many clients/patients, he makes it personal. He begins to learn about you within in reason as a person and then tries to make your visit as comfortable as possible. His staff can smile; they are not so professional where they can't greet you with a warmth and urgency.
So far, it seems as though I made a good decision.

I had a really great experience with my new primary care doctor. They were very thorough and took the time to go through each of my concerns individually. Nothing felt rushed, and each issue was addressed with a clear, thoughtful plan. They also helped prioritize what to focus on first, which made everything feel much more manageable. This appointment has been my best doctor appointment to date. Everything from professionalism, timeliness, comfort, customer service, cleanliness, location, quality of care with full body listening, reflective questioning, reviewing and apply full history and rapid feedback and plan of care, referrals and follow up visit all on first visit. Absolutely no complaints and 10 out of 5 stars highly recommended. So grateful to have secured Dr. Q on ZocDoc; he and his staff are God sent blessings.
