Amazing experience ! I would highly recommend going to this UChicago location for the front staff and Dr. Khambhati alone. She listens to all my concerns and we had a really productive conversation about my treatment plan. Even the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Such a great team overall.
I booked the day before my appointment through ZocDoc and it’s not hard to schedule with them and other locations over the phone.

The front desk for check in was super helpful and kind. I arrived approximately 20 minutes early as I’m new to Chicago. I was worried I would be late. They took me right away. The office was clean. The nurse that took my vitals was apologetic as there were some issues with another patient trying to catch a cab. I was not worried about that since I was almost half an hour early, but appreciated the apology. I understand doc offices can be a bit busy. My doctor came in and introduced herself. She asked me if I had any concerns, which I did. She let me address my concerns and then sat with me for 30-40 minutes to discuss options and referred me to some specialist in the area, even ones I didn’t need for my concerns. She is helping me transition over my doctors from my home state, which I appreciate. I felt listened to. She didn’t dismiss any of my worries, which is a big thing as my last doc did dismiss my medical concerns. I will be going to her again!

I visited today for a cold, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I received. From the moment I checked in, the staff were professional and efficient. Dr. Khambhati and her nurse were exceptional. Dr. Khambhati listened carefully, asked questions, and made me feel heard. The entire process was seamless; I was seen immediately, and the office was spotless, modern, and conveniently located. This level of service and attention to detail is rare these days.
