Barb has been practicing as a PA in Central Texas since 2014. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. Her experience is in Family Medicine, where she encourages patients of all ages to update their health screenings, immunizations, and wellness exams. Barb prefers a conservative approach to medicine and likes to give patients all of their options when deciding on a treatment plan. She is especially interested in nutrition and healthy lifestyle modifications and is certified at our Medical Weight Loss Center.

Barbara Bolek was lovely- so sweet and knowledgeable! I was a bit frustrated with Victory but that has nothing to do with her. She's great!! I just think if xrays or blood work is needed they shouldn't accept my appt late in the afternoon knowing the technicians aren't there. I was allowed to book my appt. and it said pending approval. So I would assume someone looked at it and gave the green light. But I was not able to get xrays or blood work done and now have to go back for a second appointment.

Haven’t had a new provider in awhile since mine moved to MA and I’ve been putting off a PAP and an annual physical for awhile! It can be a task to try and find someone new that makes you feel comfortable and genuinely listens. Her bedside manner was great and I felt I could trust her with my concerns. Easy going energy and the office was very clean. I plan to continue to see her for any future health concerns!
