“I was told that since I’m a new patient, I was supposed to pay the doctor fees for the annual physical appointment as they consider that as knowing the patient and treats as doctors office. I wish I had known this before. I have not seen other doctors office do this to me.”

Dr Trong seemed very friendly at first, but as I started asking questions his facial expressions and comments became very condescending.
