She did know how to deal with my issue and had to look up how to move forward and still made an incorrect order. I waited over an hour to be seen. Pleasant person overall.
I really liked the new doctor, Dr. Ortega. She was very, very thorough. Heard my, listened to me and wanted to know where I wanted to be and where I was, wanted to go. I love that. I've never heard that. I've never had a doctor to say that to me for any reason ever. It was just so inspiring. So good. I really thought she did a great job. She seemed to really care. I really like her. I just, I like her a lot. I hope she feels the same about me. I really do. And I hope to be seeing her again soon in the near future. Thank you.

Dr. Ortega is amazing. I found her online and I'm so glad I went with her at the practice. Her nurse, I believe it's Nurse Jeanette, she's so friendly, warm, and inviting. Even the office staff, the checkout nurse, the check-in nurse, everybody's just really warm and welcome and inviting. And the practice is clean. And it's just a good vibe overall. Thank you.
My experience with Dr. Ortega and the nursing staff, even the front desk staff there was very friendly, kind, courteous, and one of the best practices I've been to in quite a long time. I plan on being a patient of Dr. Ortega for as long as I possibly can.
