I loved Dr Boyd and will definitely be seeing him again but the front at desk girls were extremely rude and unfortunately unfriendly and unprofessional. I couldn’t even book my next appt. Because the girl was rolling her eyes and acting as it I was annoying her and she to be quite honest doesn’t like working there. If it were not for Dr. Boyd then I would not be going back there.

Thirty minutes before the virtual appointment the secretary called me and told me that I had to come in person. She told me that I had thirty minutes to arrive. They offer virtual meetings but they simply can't do it. They let me wait 3 to 4 days before letting me know that my virtual appointment is not possible.

Dr. Boyd is an experienced and very professional doctor. His bedside manner is what you want in a family physician and he is very well versed in his medical knowledge. It is rare to have a provider make you feel confident in the treatment plan when you leave but Dr. Boyd spends the time needed for a comprehensive visit.

I have been very pleased with the professional manner and caring bedside manner. Last week Dr. Boyd ordered blood work which determined I was severely anemic called early next morning to go to ER that I needed blood transfusion. Received 2 pints of blood in hospital, could have died if he had not ordered tests.
