Long wait times in between procedures I was there 2 hours and most of the time I finally had to ask for my discharge papers and told they’re not ready yet. I waited another 15 minutes. They need to be faster!!!

We had a scheduled appointment for 1:45 I was checked by the front desk after more than an hour of waiting to be seen I went to check in on my appointment they could not find it, they mentioned I had 3 people ahead another another hour I went by and about 12 people called before us, I went to check back in and they mentioned I had one person ahead mind you this is as I saw people arriving to their appointments called immediately, and others that arrived after us the same, when I mentioned I had an appointment they replied that it’s not an appointment that they book online that it’s to hold my spot ….. mind you it clearly says on the text message “you have an upcoming appointment with Wellstar urgent care” the front desk was far from helpful and very dismissive. I’m not one to ever leave reviews but today I felt very disappointed and disrespected . The doctor was professional and polite. It’s a shame that you have such a disorganized mess in the front of the office.

They said that they were very busy. But there's no excuse in my mind to wait an hour past someone scheduled appointment.

Other than a long wait once taken to a room things went pretty fast. The nurses and the doctor were very nice as was the doctor. If you have time to wait I’d recommend it. I even had an appointment and still waited over an hour.

Everyone was so kind and friendly even the people that called by phone to check me in and verifying X-ray. The wait was long because I came in on the wrong day. Not their fault.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, twice now I’ve had an appointment that I booked online and the last visit was a half an hour past my appointment time and this time it was 50 minutes before I was seen after my appointment that I booked online.
My appointment was at 1 o’clock and when I arrived (@12:55) There was 6 people in the waiting room and all six people were seen before me.
Snd 2 people before me did not have an appointment.

Excellent staff and care once taken into the back. They were friendly, reassuring, explained everything well. I had to have an IV and a CT Scan so I was there a while. They checked in on me often and kept me up dated. The staff that did my IV was incredible, I never even felt the stick!! The doctor was excellent and made sure all my questions were answered!! I highly recommend Wellstar Urgent Care in Acworth!!
