Poor service!! My appointment was at 11:30am but they called me back at 12:30 but what I did go for they didn’t offer that service so I wanted them to check out my psoriasis, but I was in the doctors room and never was seen very disappointed

The nurse who administered the EKG was good but the Dr who came in did not listen to my son or myself. My son came in with anxiety and left with it be 100x worse because of this doctor.

I had been to this location before, but it is now part of the Wellstar system. Since I have my information in their computers, they jave most of my history, so I do not have to repeat or fill out redundant paperwork.

The doctor spent less than a minute with me. I may as well have made a teledoc appointment because I would have actually probably been examined closer. What a waste of time and money.

Dr. Hoff was WONDERFUL! Very friendly, not stuffy, listened well, communicated well. I will definitely be back (even though it's further from my home than other Wellstar clinics) and I hope I get him again!

It was a Saturday and I had injured my knee so rather than wait for an appointment with my PCP I opted to go to the Urgent Care center. I made an appointment but when we arrived there were several others ahead of me, (we arrived a bit early) and I was unaware that they had changed my appointment to a later time. An emergency came in right after we did and I thought it would be a long wait, but even with all of this, we were seen within the hour.
The staff was great, the doc definitely knew what he was looking at with my knee and very soon I was on my way with 2 prescriptions and a referral to an orthopedic surgeon.

There was a 2-3 hour wait time without an appointment so was very happy I had booked an appointment at 12pm. Within 30 min. I was in a room. The nurse took my vitals and then with the doctor getting my stitches removed. The Doctor removed stitches and I was on my way.
