“I would highly recommend this specific Wellstar Urgent Cate facility. The receptionist was friendly and there was a limited amount of paperwork to complete prior to seeing the physicians assistant. The PA Deidre was professional, knowledgeable, caring and answered all my questions. If I ever need urgent care in the future, I will be coming back to this facility!

Booking on here does not get you an actual appointment. Wellstar said that booking online does not do anything and you still have to wait the same as if you were to just walk in

I was so sick with Covid when I got there..the PA Rebecca listened to my heart and did not like how it sounded..she did an ekg and it showed abnormality …she told me to go right to ER which I did ..it was not a heart attack but there is a cardiac problem..I am seeing a cardiologist at home in Massachusetts.thank u to Rebecca for being so thorough!!’

This is my second visit to this provider. Each visit, I was able to make an appointment and saw a doctor soon. The office runs well, with all personnel active in moving patients in and out in at a very acceptable pace! I am extremely pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend.

Efficient office and PA that saw me was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions throughly. Booked my appt the night before on line. Was seen at my appointed time. Did not have to wait. Staff was great.

I was very happy with how good the communication went. The information I received was very helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to book my appointment twice due to difficulties with Zodoc.

I Went in for a uti, my primary care and gyn were booked up. So I booked urgent care because the infection was getting worse. Wait time to go back was about 7 minutes after check in. Nurse Practitioner came in just a few minutes after vitals were done. She was pleasant, through and understanding. She ordered a urine test. I was told it could take up to 15 minutes, but it was actually about 7 minutes. And I had my results discussed and was told my prescription was being sent to pharmacy right away. Which was true because they were calling it in as I was leaving. Overall, It was a very easy and efficient ordeal. Will book here again and again.
