My appointment as per Zocdoc was at 9.20am. But office time was 10.00am. I was there 1 early for no reason. There was not any calls prior to the visit to inform me that my appointment time was changed. I was not seen by NP Butler, I was by completely different NP. I hired a person to get me there, wait for 1 hour, and drive me back. But I spent 1 hour only to wait. I drove there 50 mins, I hired a person, and only to get my urine tested. Nothing was done at the visit, no heartbeat check, no ultrasound. Urine test and many, many questions to me. But not from me. Not going back there. Waste of time.

First off, the staff were friendly and professional. They were on time and prompt. Nia was my medical assistant and she made me feel heard and taken care of before and after the provider saw me.
The provider was nice, friendly, and direct. She listened with an open ear and thoroughly examined me. She was able to do everything I needed and inputted the referrals and medications into the system right on the spot.
Her knowledge of medicine and the Medicaid system was very helpful.
