“Dr Castillo saw me for a new patient appt, she asked me lots of questions and gave me time to think and answer, she was kind, and she was efficient. Primecare health might not look like the most new and beautiful space, but everyone working there was nice and professional. I got bloodwork taken during my appointment which took about two minutes, and dr Castillo scheduled a 15 minute phone call follow up to discuss the results after. I was finished with the appointment and bloodwork in about 30 minutes. After having not been to a primary care doctor for a few years, this was a positive experience for sure.”

I was seen right away. All of my concerns and symptoms were validated. The doctor was very patient and understanding. She spent a full hour as a new patient consultation. I did not feel rushed or ignored. I was able to get my labs done in house. I am following up in a few weeks and have been able to come up with a game plan and outside providers.
