Dr. Hines, the nursing, and office staff were all fine; nothing bad, nothing exceptional. It's just a large provider, so they treat a lot of patients, and there's nothing resembling a personal touch. I got to my appt 15 minutes early knowing there would be intake paperwork, but it still took 45 minutes after my appointment time for the nurse to take my vitals. Wilmington Health probably excels at providing all of the services that a medical-needy patient might need under one roof, but that comes with the caveat that each patient is probably little more than a number to them.

I was very impressed with the text messages that I received to remind me of my appointments. I was also impressed with filling out paperwork online and when I got to the office, they knew exactly where I stood and how to take care of me you can’t ask for any better establishment thank you so much And we’ll see you in the future ?
