Most relevant
Staff are nice but incredibly unorganized. I submitted requested paperwork online & was asked to fill it out again in person. I listed myself as primary point of contact. I waited 20min in the waiting room, over an hour for the doctor, & another hour for a shot and bloodwork. The office spent several days calling my secondary contact to go over lab results instead of me. When I finally spoke with the nurse I was informed my daughter would be prescribed an iron supplement & would need more bloodwork. I provided my preferred pharmacy for a 2nd time. After hearing nothing for almost a week, I called the office & was asked whether I knew what the prescription was for as well as for my pharmacy. Again, nothing. I called a total of 4 times over 2 weeks each time providing my pharmacy to finally get my daughter’s prescription. Today we arrived for her labs & waited 20min only to be told she won’t need bloodwork for 3 months. My daughter missed school to come to this appointment. Unacceptable.
