I recently took my daughter to her 2-year-old check-up with Dr. Mok, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. From the start, the doctor’s communication was minimal, and she did not engage with us in a meaningful or professional manner.
As a same-sex couple, we found that she lacked the awareness and sensitivity to interact appropriately with our family. Additionally, she struggled to locate basic diagnosis codes without our assistance, which raised concerns about her preparedness. Most troubling was her response to serious medical concerns—when we brought up suspected seizures, she attempted to document it as "daydreaming," which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Beyond these concerns, she demonstrated poor bedside manner and ineffective communication throughout the visit. Given our experience, I cannot recommend this provider to anyone seeking competent care and clear communication for their child.

i been going to doctor mok for a long time but my recent appointment i don't think she understood me and almost gave my son another flu shot and that worried me a bit but i think it's time to change
