At Zocdoc, Therese serves as Chief Product Officer. Her remit spans architecting the company’s product strategy, prioritizing solutions that enhance patient access and provider value, and leading cross-functional teams across design, engineering, data, and product management to deliver seamless, scalable experiences for patients and providers.

Before joining Zocdoc, Therese was a Senior Director of Product at Uber Eats driving its expansion into grocery and retail delivery. She led product development across consumer growth and shopping, catalog & inventory management, retailer engagement and delivery fulfillment. Prior to that, Therese led the Merchant product team at Uber Eats, where her team focused on deeply understanding restaurateur and retailer pain points and creating tools to grow their businesses.

Earlier in her career, Therese held product leadership roles at Audible, where she built subscription and digital media products, as well as integrations with Kindle, Alexa and Fire devices. Therese began her professional journey in communications and public affairs at Google in both Mountain View and Southeast Asia. 

Therese holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Yale University. Based in New York City, Therese outside of work can often be found at the theatre, in a newly opened restaurant or on the tennis court.
