Natalie Phillips-Hamblett is Zocdoc’s Vice President of Design, where she oversees product and visual design, user research, program management and content design. Her focus is to ensure teams build high-quality products that bring value to Zocdoc users.
Natalie began her career in public policy exploring topics like the impact of welfare reform on maternal health and the global HIV/AIDS epidemic. Soon after graduate school, Natalie moved to San Francisco and embraced the hustle of the West coast tech scene. There, she spent 20 years in tech untangling complex business and design problems at companies including Google, Meta and McKinsey. This role at Zocdoc merges two professional chapters together: integrating complex systems into easy-to-use products that help people find care.
Natalie grew up in the woods of Vermont and is a graduate of the University of Chicago. In her free time, she’s living the dream of the 90’s in Portland.
