Video visits are a convenient and accessible way for patients to connect with healthcare providers using your phone or computer.

When a provider offers video visits, you will see a small video camera icon next to their profile image.

You can also filter your search to find providers who offer video visits. Select the filter for "Video visits only" to see only providers who offer video visits.

You can book video visits just as you would book an in-person appointment on Zocdoc. Select a date and time from their available appointment slots and go through the booking process.

You will get an email with your appointment details indicating that you’ve booked a video visit, which will also include instructions about how to join the video appointment. When you look at upcoming appointments in your Zocdoc account, you will also see the visit labeled as a video visit with the video icon.
