Follow these steps to log into your Zocdoc account:
Select Log in on desktop/mobile web. On the Zocdoc app, go to My account and then Sign up.
Enter your email address or continue with your social sign-on provider (Google or Apple).
If your account already has a mobile phone number associated, you will be sent a 6-digit verification code.
Alternatively, you may select Verify with email instead to receive a 6-digit code to your email.

I never received a code to log in. What should I do?
It may take a few minutes for the code to arrive.
Make sure you’re checking the mobile phone number or email that matches what you used on your Zocdoc account.
If you don’t have a phone number attached to your account, the code will automatically be sent to the email associated with your account.
For emailed codes, you may also want to check your spam folder.
If you’ve waited a few minutes, confirmed you’re looking at the right email account, and it’s not in spam, you can try resending the code. If you return to the login screen, you’ll see a link that says “Resend code.”
What if I don’t have access to the email tied to my account?
If you have a phone number on your account, you can use passwordless login with a code sent to your mobile phone. If you don’t have a phone number on your account and don’t have access to the email associated with your account, you will need to create a new account.
Can I still use multi-factor authentication?
If you already have multi-factor authentication on your Zocdoc account, you can continue to use it. You must have a mobile phone number attached to your account to receive your login code.
