How do I log in to Zocdoc?

Follow these steps to log into your Zocdoc account:

  1. Select Log in on desktop/mobile web. On the Zocdoc app, go to My account and then Sign up.

  2. Enter your email address or continue with your social sign-on provider (Google or Apple).

  3. If your account already has a mobile phone number associated, you will be sent a 6-digit verification code.

  4. Alternatively, you may select Verify with email instead to receive a 6-digit code to your email.

Login FAQs

I never received a code to log in. What should I do?

  • It may take a few minutes for the code to arrive.

  • Make sure you’re checking the mobile phone number or email that matches what you used on your Zocdoc account.

  • If you don’t have a phone number attached to your account, the code will automatically be sent to the email associated with your account.

  • For emailed codes, you may also want to check your spam folder.

If you’ve waited a few minutes, confirmed you’re looking at the right email account, and it’s not in spam, you can try resending the code. If you return to the login screen, you’ll see a link that says “Resend code.”

What if I don’t have access to the email tied to my account?

If you have a phone number on your account, you can use passwordless login with a code sent to your mobile phone. If you don’t have a phone number on your account and don’t have access to the email associated with your account, you will need to create a new account.

Can I still use multi-factor authentication?

If you already have multi-factor authentication on your Zocdoc account, you can continue to use it. You must have a mobile phone number attached to your account to receive your login code.
