Want to enable online scheduling? Adding Zocdoc’s Book Online Button to your website is free and easy. There are a few ways to add it to your site, depending on your preferences.
Please note: Zocdoc’s Book Online Button cannot be added to Headway and SimplePractice as they do not allow online scheduling by third-party solutions.
Have a Zocdoc expert install it for free

Sign into your Zocdoc account, navigate to Home and click Manage your products. Toggle Book Online Button On. Click Save Changes.
Navigate to Add the Book Online Button to your website and click Finish setup.
Select Yes when prompted if you have a website.
Enter your practice’s website in the Your website URL field, and enter your web host in the Your web host drop down. (This is your website builder. Think Squarespace or Wix.) If your web host is not listed in the dropdown, select Other and enter your web host in the text field. Then click Continue.
Choose Install it for me then click Continue.
Complete the secure form with the name and contact information of the person at your practice we should contact if there is an issue with installation.
Enter the username and password you use to log into your website builder. Confirm your username and password is correct and you are able to log into your website builder account with these credentials. Then click Submit.
Our technical team will install the Book Online Button on your website within 1-3 business days. (A team member will email you if they run into any issues during the installation.)

Follow the instructions on the screen to complete installation. While this is rare, there are some website builders that don’t support JavaScript, a common programming language. If you are getting an JavaScript related error, click Try HTML to copy and paste our code for a static Book Online Button.

You can maintain your existing website design and enable online scheduling on your website by adding a link for patients to book through your Zocdoc practice or provider profile page using the code provided when you're signing up for the Book Online Button.
You will not be charged for appointments booked through this link if you use the code provided.

Squarespace: Go to step 9. If prompted, select Non-premium (free) select if you want to allow Booking with any provider at my practice or Booking with any specific provider at my practice and the desired provider. Next copy the portion of the code that starts with “https" and ends with “=widget"
Any other website builder, click on Advanced Install Options, then I want to install it myself, and Continue.
Find the section 2. Copy the code. Then click Try HTML at the bottom of the section. If prompted, select if you want to allow booking from All providers or One provider and the desired provider. Then copy the portion of the code that starts with “https" and ends with “=widget"
Next, log into your website builder and update your button to link to this code.

The Book Online Button is not directly supported on Psychology Today, Headway, SimplePractice, and certain other websites.
However, you can add a link allowing patients to book with you through your Zocdoc profile page using the code provided when you're signing up for the Book Online Button. You will not be charged for appointments booked through this link if you use the code provided.
Psychology Today
While our Book Online Button is not supported on the Psychology Today listing directory, you can add a link to your Zocdoc profile page to be displayed when a patient clicks My website on your Psychology Today listing. You will not be charged for appointments booked through this link.
Click here. Sign into your Zocdoc account, if prompted.
Find the section 2. Copy the code and click Try HTML.
Copy the portion of the code that starts with “https” and ends with “=widget"
Next, log into your Psychology Today profile and in the About Me section, click on the pencil next to your name.
Paste the code into the Website field and click Save.

Get the code and send it to Tebra:

Find the section 2. Copy the code and select if you want to allow booking for all providers at your practice or only one provider at your practice and the desired provider.
Click copy code.
Create a request for Tebra to install the Book Online Button through Tebra's customer care form asking that the Zocdoc's Book Online Button be installed on your website with the following installation instructions:
