How to manage your email preferences

Learn more about how to manage the email addresses that receive booking notifications, marketing emails, and bills

You can update several email preferences within Zocdoc.

Updating emails that receive booking notifications

Go to the User tab on the top right of the page from any tab in Zocdoc. Then go to Settings > Locations > View and edit details.

You can add more email addresses to get appointment notifications or you can change the existing email addresses.

Updating your marketing email preferences

Go to the tab with your name on the top right of the page from any tab in Zocdoc. Then go to Settings > Account. At the bottom of the account page click on Manage your email preferences.

From there, you can select which emails you would like to receive from Zocdoc. This changes your email preferences, but does not change other users’ email preferences. Each user can update their preferences.

Updating your account email address

Go to the tab with your name on the top right of the page from any tab in Zocdoc. Then go to Settings > Users. The email you see here is your account email; it is your login email address. You can update this email by contacting Zocdoc. Learn more here.

Updating your billing email address

Go to the tab with your name on the top right of the page from any tab in Zocdoc. Then go to Settings > Billing > Payment methods. You can update your billing email by selecting “Edit” next to your existing billing email address.

You only need a billing email address if you are using Zocdoc Marketplace.
