How to change your password or username

Log in to your Zocdoc account here. If you incorrectly type your username or password, you will see “Forgot your password?” and be prompted to reset. You must contact Zocdoc to change your username.

Key things to know before you start:

  • A username is always an email address. This is the email address you signed up for Zocdoc with.

  • To change your Zocdoc password, you must know the email address that you use as your Zocdoc username. If you don’t know this, contact Zocdoc.

  • To recover or make changes to a username, you must have access to the user’s verified phone number.

  • The account locks if you enter an incorrect username or password six or more times. You must change your password to unlock your account.

To change a username:

  1. To protect patient information and your account's security, our Service team must verify your authenticity before changing a username. Contact Zocdoc here.

  2. You must have access to the user’s verified phone number.

To reset a password:

  1. Click ‘Forgot your Password?’ and a “Reset Your Password” page appears.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your practice’s Zocdoc account and click Submit.

  3. Zocdoc will send you an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email.
