How to add or remove users

How many users can I add?

You can add as many users as you would like. If you need to add a large number of users (50+), we will help you do that. Get in touch!

You can see all users at your practice in the Users tab in Settings.

Can I delete users?

Only users with “all permissions” or “user management” permissions have the ability to delete other users. If you’re having issues deleting users, contact Zocdoc for support.

How can I change user permissions for each user?

Only users with “all permissions” or “user management” permissions in your account will be able to add, remove or change permissions for other users. If you’re having issues making changes, contact Zocdoc for support.

To change permissions for all other users, first select the name of the user.

Each user can either be granted all permissions or any combination of the custom access permissions (Appointments, Billing, Practice Settings, Sponsored Results, User Management, Zo, Zo live calls* ). Select the respective permissions that you want the user to have access to and hit the Save button to apply changes.

*Note: Only clients who have Zo enabled can access Zo pages.
