Some health systems and large provider groups may have multiple practices under their account. Those users can select which practice they’d like to view bookings for, right from Inbox or Calendar.
To select the practice that you’d like to view, click on Other practices at the bottom right of Inbox or Calendar. A red notification will appear if any of your practices have a booking update.
Then, click on the practice that you would like to access. You may also type the practice’s name in the search bar. Practices with a booking update will have a red notification next to it.
Selecting the practice will display their bookings in both Inbox and Calendar.
