Who is accessing care?
Users booked appointments in all 50 states and roughly 2 out of 3 Zocdoc bookers were women.
Nearly half of all bookers were Millennials.
Mobile bookings led the way.
Mobile bookings were highest for urgent care, mental health and primary care. Desktop bookings were highest for optometrists and ophthalmologists.
