I received my Masters in Clinical-Counseling Psychology from LaSalle University in 2004 and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I practice from a systemic, collaborative, strengths-based approach to help people discover and access their own resiliency, and empower them to lead more fulfilling lives. I offer a supportive, warm, empathic environment to help people feel safe exploring issues related to relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting challenges and family conflict. Theoretically, I am trained in family systems theory, but use a variety of techniques including CBT to help clients change maladaptive behaviors, patterns and thoughts, mindfulness and trauma-informed care to help clients better cope with and manage overwhelming symptoms of stress and anxiety. I also work with children and adolescents, and have experience working in a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools, and home-based services. Currently, I am seeing clients via telehealth and at our West Chester, PA office.
