Dr. Leslie Kille, EdD, LCSW, LAC
Dr. Leslie Kille specializes in working through a trauma-informed lens with youth, adults, families, and elders. She earned her Master's in Social Work from the University of South Florida and her EdD in Human Services Leadership from Argosy University. With more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Kille has provided therapeutic counseling services across mental health and substance use residential, Intensive Outpatient, hospice, and outpatient community-based settings, serving in roles from Clinical Director to licensed therapist. Her approach is strength-based and collaborative, helping clients release the weight of past trauma and victimization while empowering them to claim what they want from their journey through life. Dr. Kille has also worked in specialized therapeutic foster care and is certified in the National Child Welfare parenting program. She firmly believes in living life in the question, embracing each day as an opportunity to redefine and decide how we want our lives to unfold. Her experience includes working with life transitions, grief and loss, LGBTQI challenges, mood regulation, and what can often present as life-crippling anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Therapy, to Dr. Kille, is about taking steps toward continued growth and mastery over your life. Outside of work, she is a professional musician and avid hiker.
