“Dr. Erney is great, she has been my daughter's Doctor for the past 7 years, she's 10 now. However, the office staff was very unprofessional. Our appointment was at 8:00 am with one of Dr. Erney's nurses for my daughters 2nd Covid shot, this was a follow up visit to our initial appointment with Dr. Erney. We arrived on time, however it took the front office 10 minutes to get us checked in, which is why I'm assuming we waited for 50 minutes before being seen, because it appeared that we were late. What is the purpose in having 3 staff members/registrars at the front window, if only one of them is actually checking in patients while the other two talk amongst themselves about nothing work related & talk about patients in front of other patients. Not to mention their customer service skills were zero, rude, rude & rude. Let me add that I do for work exactly what they do only in an Emergency Dept. setting, so I know how they are supposed to treat patients & their family members. ”

My daughter was born premature and Dr Erney has always taken time to answer my questions about how she is doing. She explains what I do and do not have to worry about for her and generally speaking has just done a great job with her! My wife and I are very thankful to have her as our pediatrician.
