“Dr. Golant is great, and so is the staff working with her. The scheduling for her office in general is quite annoying to deal with, though, and I think they are overbooking her or only allotting 5 minutes per patient. Even for a morning appointment, they were almost 1 hour behind schedule, and I feel like every time I go, it's the same thing.”

The staff is knowledgable and professional. I feel like I can trust their diagnosis and opinion relating to my appointment. In my opinion, there aren't a lot of medical offices that employ professionals that still care about patients, but this is certainly one of them. Despite the office being out of the way for me, it's worthwhile to receive proper care.

She did not seem to have time for me, barely wanted to sit down, had to ask her my questions while she was trying to leave (after only a couple of minutes of talk/examination). Did not provide thorough answers. I had to ask if there was anything I could do to help with the problem and bring up things I had read about, she agreed I should do what I read about, but did not offer any of this information to me on her own when I first asked. Felt like she was just trying to get in and out. Fellows or residents in the hall audibly discussing patients from earlier in the day, and blocking the pathway from the waiting area to the exam rooms. Poor experience overall, keep looking if you would like to be seen by someone who is attentive and cares enough to explain things thoroughly.

Dr. Golant was extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would absolutely see her again in the future! Expect a bit of a wait, as that seems par for the course in this office.

Dr. Golant was very friendly and took time to explain things even though it seemed like the office was very busy. The nurse who I saw before Dr. Golant was really sweet.

Dr. Golant was great! Though the visit was quick, she went the extra mile and covered all bases regarding my concerns. Her assistant and the office staff were just as nice. I never once felt uncomfortable. The only thing I did not like was the wait time; I ended up being seen a half hour later than my scheduled appointment time. Despite this, I would definitely see her again.

I was in urgent need of a new dermatologist since my previous one moved to a location that was inconvenient for me to get to, so I was thankful and relieved that Dr. Golant was available for a video visit. She was about 15 minutes late to the appointment but was very apologetic about the delay -- and to be honest, I'm accustomed to doctor's appointments not starting on time so that didn't really bother me. Overall, Dr. Golant was very pleasant and knowledgable and would highly recommend!

Dr. Golant is fantastic. Warm, friendly, and was really helpful in discussing my options for treating my severe psoriasis. Her treatment plan now has me psoriasis-free for 9 months!

My visit with Dr. Golant was great. Visitors were screened upon entry to the building, and I was able to maintain proper distance from everyone while waiting and filling out forms. I was a first-time patient and Dr. Golant and her team were incredibly kind and put me at ease since visiting the doctor during a pandemic is extremely stressful! Dr. Golant herself was helpful, thorough, and answered all my questions! I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and was finished and leaving under an hour later.
