Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I have experience working with a vast range of clients in a multitude of settings, including hospital, forensic, and college counseling centers. I use an integrated approach consisting of cognitive behavioral therapy, insight-oriented, psychodynamic, interpersonal psychotherapy, and EMDR. I treat clients experiencing stress management, self-esteem, assertiveness, and relationship skills building. I believe strongly in the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients that is built on trust, empathy, and growth.
