Associate Counsel

You will drive all aspects of ZocDoc’s legal affairs and advise the company on all business objectives. You will also be responsible for supervising outside counsel.
If you have:
| - | Demonstrated significant experience in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with large corporations on behalf of small corporations and acquisitions |
| - | Knowledge of general corporate matters, including trademarks, copyrights, non-disclosure agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies |
| - | Demonstrated expertise in and understanding of intellectual property protection |
| - | Expertise in efficiently and cost-effectively managing outside counsel |
| - | Good standing with the New York State Bar |
| - | 5+ years of legal experience, recent in-house experience is mandatory |
| - | Experience in health care and/or technology (a plus) |
