Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
| - | Maintain and manage servers |
| - | Administer Active Directory/Domain Controllers |
| - | Strong knowledge on managing firewalls and networking |
| - | Project work focusing on networking |
Plus Help Desk responsibilities:
| - | Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically |
| - | Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues |
| - | Research questions using available information resources |
| - | Advise user on appropriate action |
| - | Follow standard help desk procedures |
| - | Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention |
| - | Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions |
| - | Stay current with system information, changes and updates |
| - | Administer account setups & ? laptop builds |
Education and Experience
| - | 5-6 years experience in a customer service role |
| - | Working knowledge of fundamental operations of software (such as Office, Windows), hardware (laptops, desktop and peripherals), and servers |
| - | Bachelors degree a PLUS |
