Please note: this will permanently close your account, erase your username, cancel any of your upcoming appointments, and remove any reviews that you left on Zocdoc.
On desktop or mobile web:
Sign into your Zocdoc account, then select Settings > Privacy > Delete your account.
On app:
Sign into your Zocdoc account, then select My account > Settings > Delete my account.
