How do I turn "off" providers?

You can turn “off” select providers so that they are removed from Zocdoc search. Those providers will not receive any new patient bookings until you turn them back “on.” Other providers at your practice will continue receiving bookings and you will still be able to manage your spend for those providers.

To remove providers, click Performance in the top menu and then select Dashboard. Click “Manage spend" in the upper right and then select “Manage which providers can receive bookings.”

From here, turn the provider “off” by toggling the switch to the left of the provider’s name. When the toggle turns gray, that means that the provider will not receive any new patient bookings and will be removed from search. They can still receive existing patient bookings and bookings from their website. You can also deselect specific locations, so that the provider does not receive bookings from all provider locations.

To accept new patient bookings from Zocdoc Marketplace again, simply click on the toggle to green for the provider and click “Save.”
