How to cancel your Zocdoc account

If you want to stop spending on Zocdoc, that means you will not be able to use Zocdoc Marketplace. However, your login credentials will remain intact and you can continue to use Zocdoc's Practice Solutions at no charge. You will be able to accept online scheduling for your website with our Book Online Button, send forms and insurance card requests to patients, and use our video services.

How do I stop spending on Zocdoc?

Providers are only charged for new patient bookings that come through the Zocdoc Marketplace.

If you would like to stop spending on Zocdoc for all of your providers, you can pause your spend. This means you will not show up in Zocdoc Marketplace for new patient searches; this will not affect your ability to use other Zocdoc products like Intake. To pause your spend on Zocdoc, go to the Performance tab and choose Dashboard. Then click on Manage spend and select Pause spending and block new patient bookings.

If you would also like to stop receiving bookings from existing patients via Zocdoc for all your providers, remove all availability for your providers. Here’s how to do that.

When you are ready to start using Zocdoc again, you can add availability and uncap your spend. Your Zocdoc login credentials will be valid while your spend is paused and if your availability is removed. You will still be able to log into your Zocdoc account at any time.

Can I pause spending for individual providers within my practice?

If you pause your spend, it affects your whole practice. To prevent individual providers from showing up in Zocdoc Marketplace, remove availability for those providers. You’ll still be able to use other Zocdoc practice solutions.
