You can view and download your patients’ intake submissions from the Insurance or Patient submissions section of your appointment card, which can be viewed from both your Inbox or calendar.
How can I track the status of my patient’s intake?
From the sidebar on the left, click on Intake submissions. This will filter for your appointments with new intake submissions to view.
You'll also see an Intake submissions tag in the Notifications column. To view the intake, click View details or Download. That will clear the Intake submissions notification. You can still see all of your bookings by clicking All on the left, or viewing the booking in your calendar.
How long does patient information stay in Zocdoc?
Patient intake submissions will be available to download in your Inbox for one hour after the appointment time, or from your calendar for 60 days. Please download your intake submissions in a timely manner. After 60 days, intake information will be deleted from Zocdoc.
Do patients need to complete their intake before they book on Zocdoc?
No, but we have found that most patients do complete their requests shortly after they book the appointment.
Can intake submissions go directly into my EHR?
Yes, for select EHRs, such as Athena, AdvancedMD, ModMed. Please contact our team for more information.
