Deleting Intake requests

Learn how to delete intake requests from your Inbox

You can delete Intake requests at any time from your Inbox tab on Zocdoc. You may want to delete Intake requests to help you organize your Inbox, if the requests are outdated, or if they are no longer needed.

What happens when you delete an Intake request

When you delete Intake requests, any information that was provided by the patient through the Intake request is permanently removed from your Zocdoc account. Additionally, if an Intake request is removed, the patient will no longer receive Intake reminder messages.

How to delete a request

  1. Navigate to the Inbox tab in your Zocdoc provider account.

  2. Select Pending Intake and open the request you would like to delete.

  3. Select in the top right corner.

  4. Select Delete Intake submissions.
