Healthcare should work for you
Healthcare is personal. It should work for the patient, but it doesn’t. In times of need, patients are left to wait on hold, wait for an appointment, and wait for a bill.
In any other industry, this type of customer experience would be preposterous. But in healthcare, patients often have to accept the unacceptable. That’s not a bug in the system, it’s a feature of the industry. We think that needs to change.
