Consumer must be enrolled in promotion prior to booking an appointment. Consumer must book on Zocdoc and attend a qualifying appointment by 3:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on March 31st, 2020. Limit one gift card per consumer. Participation limited to the specific person who receives a special invitation from Zocdoc. Promotion not applicable to federal healthcare program beneficiaries. Zocdoc is not responsible for any technical or communication problems, and reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time within its sole discretion.
