Really efficient and thorough staff. Doc and nurses were lovely. The actual visit was quick but they were very busy so there was some wait time.
the front desk needs to needs to be organize with it comes to checking in people.
This was my first time visiting Dr. Haimoff's office. I walked in and gave my name and let the receptionist know that I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment. She asked the necessary questions, gave me a form to fill out. Shortly after that I was called into the back for other things that needed to be done prior to seeing the doctor. Once the doctor called me into his office, he was very pleasant. I felt at ease with him, and did not once feel as if he was trying to get me out of his office. He ask questions, and as I responded, that information was keyed into the system. He asked me if I had any questions, etc. It was one of the best office visits I've had with a primary doctor in quite a while. I was very pleased.
Dr. Chung is thoroughly, careful to listen and professional. What wasn't pleasant was the 53 minutes I had to wait to see the doctor.
Dr Galstian was lovely. We did a comprehensive check up. She gave me a referral, and we spoke about some important supplements to aid my autoimmune disease. I would recommend her after my first visit.
Dr. Myint was professional with his examination and thoughtful in his answers to my questions
Dr. Shi and her staff are very professional and excellent at their jobs. Test results are returned quickly via Dr. Shi's web site.

Generally, visits to a PCP involve health checkups, diagnosis and treatment of common problems, medical advice for your concerns, and managing chronic illnesses like diabetes. Not only do they provide preventive care, but they also refer you to medical specialists when needed.

Primary care doctors are able to provide comprehensive care, because they get well-versed with your medical records over time, and changing PCPs frequently might not be ideal for your care. It is important that you keep the following factors in mind while choosing a PCP:
- Office hours: Check the doctor’s availability to see if their appointment time slots are well-suited for you in the long run.
- Location: Ensure the doctor’s office is located at a convenient location.
- Insurance: If you are not paying out-of-pocket, it is important to ensure that your PCP accepts your insurance. You can find a list of in-network doctors on Zocdoc; simply filter your search with the respective insurance carrier and plan.
- Type of PCP: Pick a type of PCP depending on the nature of your needs.
