Most appointments booked through Zocdoc go smoothly. But if something doesn’t go as expected, we want to understand what happened so we can follow up with the provider if needed and, more importantly, improve the experience.
Here’s how to report an issue.
From your appointment emails
Before your appointment: Look for a link at the bottom of your booking and reminder emails that says, “Something go wrong? Report an issue with your appointment.”
After your appointment: You'll receive an email asking for feedback about your provider. At the bottom, you'll find a link to report an issue.
From your Zocdoc account
After your appointment: Navigate to Past Appointments if you’re on a desktop computer, or Appointment History if you’re on a mobile device. Then click Report an issue.
Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports to help ensure the best possible experience on Zocdoc. They don’t respond to every report but they may reach out for more details if necessary.
