ADULT PSYCHIATRY

Hello! I am Paula and have been practicing Adult Psychiatry for almost 11 years. I see ages 18 yo to 85 yo and older. I treat people afflicted with Major Depression, General Anxiety, Mild Sleep Disorders, Bipolar Disorders, Schizophrenia, Nightmare Disorder, Binge Eating Disorder, ADHD, and offer Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Treating Psychiatric issues do not always include medications, care also includes psychotherapy, the two go hand in hand and is the quickest way to return to the self you remember liking.
